The money isn't in the mowing — it's in not driving

Two lawns on the same street are worth more than two lawns twenty minutes apart, and every operator knows it. The hard part has always been finding the second one. Mower Math turns a job you already have into a map of the ones you don't.

1

Quote a lawn

Type the address. Mower Math measures the mowable grass from aerial imagery and prices the job from your own costs.

2

Tap “Find neighbors”

Every address within a half mile appears — nearest first, each with its lot size and distance, pinned on the map with house numbers.

3

Work the street

Filter to one street, print the sheet with checkboxes and a notes column, and knock the block while you're standing on it.

A prospect sheet you can actually carry

The printed list carries your company name, a checkbox for each address, the lot size, the distance from where you parked, and a blank notes column. It's built for a clipboard and a pen, not for a screen you have to keep waking up.

Whatever street filter you typed carries into the print, so you can hand one page per street to one person and know exactly what's been knocked.

Every address on screen also has a quote link — one click drops it into the search box and measures it, so a promising lot becomes a real number before you've walked back to the truck.

Density, not guesswork

See how many properties are genuinely within range before deciding a street is worth your morning.

Fewer miles per job

Tight routes mean less fuel, less windshield time, and more visits in the same day.

🔎

Filter as you type

Narrow to one street or house number instantly — useful when a customer says "my neighbor asked too".

Save the list

Keep a named prospect list per neighborhood and come back to it next season.

Where neighbor lists work

Neighbor data is available across Texas and Florida, and in the Idaho and Oklahoma metro areas. Everywhere else in the US you can still measure and quote any lawn by tracing it on the map — see the full coverage map for the detail.

Common questions

How does Mower Math find neighboring properties?
After you measure a lawn, Mower Math lists the addresses within a half-mile radius of it, each with its lot size and how far it is from where you are parked. You can filter to a single street and print the list.
Which areas are covered?
Neighbor lists are available across Texas and Florida, and in the Idaho and Oklahoma metro areas. Everywhere else in the US you can still measure and quote any lawn by tracing it on the map.
How many neighbors do I get when I start free?
Starting free shows you the closest 20 addresses for each property you measure, and tells you the true total so you can see how dense the street really is. Lifting that cap to every address in the half-mile radius is an upgrade you can make later.
Can I print the list to work a route?
Yes. The prospect sheet prints with your company name, a checkbox column, each address, its lot size and distance, and a blank notes column for a pen. It honors whatever street filter you typed, so you can print one street at a time.
